Shipping

Every item is printed on demand after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking.

Printed in Australia. Your order is made locally and usually arrives within about a week of dispatch. No customs, no waiting on international freight.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout in your local currency. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels because different products can be made at different facilities.

Returns & refunds

Because each item is made to order, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size, so please check the Size Guide before you buy.

If something arrives faulty, misprinted or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Lost parcels and wrong addresses

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, get in touch and we'll chase it up with the carrier. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout: parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be re-sent, but the re-shipping cost will be charged.
