Shipping policy
Every order is made to order, which usually takes 2–7 business days, then shipped with tracking. Estimated times from order to delivery:
- Australia: tees, hoodies and mugs 1–2 weeks; heavyweight tees and embroidered caps 3–4 weeks (made overseas)
- New Zealand: 2–3 weeks; heavyweight tees and caps 3–5 weeks. GST is collected at checkout.
- USA and Canada: 1–3 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2–5 weeks. Import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and peak periods can add a week or more. If your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks, email admin@separationsupply.com and we'll replace it or refund you
