Refund policy

Every Separation Supply Co. item is printed to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Email admin@avshirt.addymail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

New Zealand customers: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
